Redesign the website with a lean team, balancing user needs, business goals, and tight technical constraints — with only one senior developer.
Approach
Involved from the earliest phase — leading workshops and using AI-assisted analysis to propose site architecture that held close to the final result. Learned the CMS end-to-end, deepened WCAG expertise, and worked in iterative loops with the senior developer to ship improvements continuously.
Outcome
Continuous delivery of improvements. UX involvement at every stage — from shaping architecture to shipping accessible components.
